Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification, along with 0 to 2 years of proven project management experience, preferably in life sciences translations, and familiarity with CAT/TMS tools. Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills are required, alongside excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

The Associate Project Manager will manage basic translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle, assigning and managing the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers. They will plan, schedule, and perform risk management of projects, allocate resources, track project progress to ensure quality and adherence to the plan, manage day-to-day client relationships, facilitate communication within the project team, ensure completion of project administration and financial processes, and collect KPI data for assigned clients.
