Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
0-2 years of exposure in Process Validation and Development within the Medical Device Industry or Pharmaceutical Industries
Background/knowledge in applications and software such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SolidWorks
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Knowledge in the application and principles of Manufacturing/Process Engineering
Knowledge in Project Management
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work successfully in cross-functional teams
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment

Responsibilities

Generate and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, TQF, Process Characterization and Process Validation based on equipment capabilities)
Execute cost improvement, product/process, and technology transfer projects
Conduct process equipment installation/operational/performance qualification studies to test their functionality
Support operational qualification assessments that will validate critical operating parameters are within qualified parameters
Support New Products Introduction (NPI) and Process transfer activities in a regulated manufacturing environment
Manage and execute cost improvement, product/process, and technology transfer projects through the different phases
Coordinate work with corresponding functional areas for new or replaced equipment, or process changes
Other duties as assigned
