Requirements

Five or more years of hands-on visual and brand design experience in tech or SaaS
Portfolio that shows clear thinking, strategic approach, and high-quality work

Responsibilities

Maintain brand's visual standards and build design systems (guidelines, components, patterns) for consistency across platforms
Own end-to-end design projects from concept to launch across web, mobile, and marketing campaigns, collaborating with communications, marketing, product, and leadership to drive business metrics
Research concepts, ideate, create designs, and present work to teams (product, marketing, leadership), explaining design decisions and their problem-solving rationale
Manage and mentor a small design team, providing coaching, feedback, and building accountability for quality and growth
Review and approve all design work (product interfaces, illustrations, brand materials, presentations, campaign visuals) to maintain quality standards and consistency
Build and innovate design systems and workflows to improve team efficiency and scale output without sacrificing quality
Represent design in leadership meetings and cross-functional discussions, advocating for design decisions and linking them to business goals (brand perception, revenue, adoption, user retention)
