Requirements

  • Develop and implement team communication plan aligned with asset strategy
  • Drive accurate communication of key project changes to stakeholders
  • Provide quality content for project management tools and ensure team access to information
  • Monitor, prioritize, and communicate risks to leadership; propose minimization strategies and contingency plans
  • Demonstrate Team Lilly behaviors (Include, Innovate, Accelerate, Deliver) to influence without authority
  • Model behaviors from "On Leadership" White Paper, LRL Innovation Leadership Profile, and Project Management White Papers
  • Contribute to development of others through coaching and feedback
  • Identify opportunities to capture and share insights across functions
  • Engage in retrospective project and process review meetings (after-action reviews) to identify issues, strengths, and facilitate knowledge retention
  • Highlight and propose areas for ongoing improvement
