Responsibilities

  • Manage wine and spirits club memberships, ensuring seamless sign-up, retention, and renewal processes
  • Implement strategies to increase club membership, attracting new members and maintaining relationships with existing ones
  • Drive sales through targeted promotions, special offers, and seasonal campaigns for club members
  • Drive sales efforts through e-commerce initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs related to Average Order Value (AOV), membership retention, and overall sales performance; provide solutions for gaps to leadership
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and exclusive product offerings
  • Execute communication strategies including newsletters, emails, and social media to engage members
  • Provide updates on special releases, new offerings, limited-edition products, and member-only events
  • Serve as back-up point of contact for club members, addressing inquiries, concerns, or requests in tandem with the Loyalty Concierge
  • Coordinate release and allocation of special or limited-edition products to high-value members
  • Work with product and procurement teams to forecast inventory for special releases and new products
  • Collaborate with Client Care and Loyalty Coordinators to provide personalized service, bespoke recommendations, and facilitate special requests
  • Oversee coordination of exclusive events or tastings tailored to club members' preferences
  • Regularly report on membership growth, sales performance, and related KPIs
