Responsibilities

  • Liderar la operación del Kitroom en Buenos Aires y sedes regionales (Córdoba y Mendoza), asegurando consistencia en estándares, desempeño y cumplimiento
  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del kit quirúrgico: recepción, inspección, armado, reposición, envío y descomisionamiento
  • Garantizar la segregación y trazabilidad de instrumentos e implantes por franquicia y especialidad quirúrgica
  • Impulsar la rotación y activación de instrumental para eficiencia financiera y uso óptimo de activos
  • Supervisar control de inventario y exactitud en sistemas ERP, incluyendo JDE y WebOps
  • Coordinar operaciones end-to-end con Customer Service, Ventas, Logística y Asuntos Regulatorios/Calidad
  • Soportar auditorías internas y externas (por ejemplo, ANMAT e ISO 9001)
  • Definir, monitorear y reportar KPIs asociados a la operación
