Responsibilities

The Associate Lead Software Engineer will oversee application systems, architecture, and design, developing architectural approaches and solutions, conducting business reviews, and documenting current systems. They will also ensure optimal application and system performance, account for client needs and requests, participate in client issues calls and development meetings, facilitate knowledge transfer, and represent the department in focus groups. Furthermore, they will identify and resolve client software problems, understand and consult on system design, and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal TSYS teams.
