Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office setting

  • Customer service background

Responsibilities

  • Greets and interacts with members as they enter the hub space or on the phone and verifies eligibility
  • Supports members with completing all paperwork and answering any questions members may have
  • During checkout, ensure members have scheduled follow-up appointments if needed, receive all necessary information and referrals as directed by the provider
  • Calls to confirm all appointments for the next day and same day if the member did not confirm the previous day. Marks member confirmed in EMR system
  • Ensures all medical records are retrieved for members prior to appointment
  • Outreaches members who are due for a follow up or an annual visit
  • Ensures inventory of patient forms are at an appropriate level, and orders administrative supplies and anticipate hub needs as necessary
