Customer service background

Responsibilities

Greets and interacts with members as they enter the hub space or on the phone and verifies eligibility
Supports members with completing all paperwork and answering any questions members may have
During checkout, ensure members have scheduled follow-up appointments if needed, receive all necessary information and referrals as directed by the provider
Calls to confirm all appointments for the next day and same day if the member did not confirm the previous day. Marks member confirmed in EMR system
Ensures all medical records are retrieved for members prior to appointment
Outreaches members who are due for a follow up or an annual visit
Ensures inventory of patient forms are at an appropriate level, and orders administrative supplies and anticipate hub needs as necessary
