Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
A portfolio of professional design work demonstrating outstanding skills and experience in the graphic design field
Conceptual skills to create situational compositions, backgrounds, and props
Working knowledge of diverse design styles and techniques
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Presentation skills, organization skills, and ability to influence
Detail-oriented and flexible
Strong partnering skills

Responsibilities

Assist in creative output of projects or programs assigned by lines of business
Participate in the ideation, presentation, and execution of assignments
Follow up on all creative deliverables
Ensure the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of assignments
Work closely with the production team to ensure final artwork meets production specifications
Understand the merchandising development process and execute design development details
Assist senior graphic designers to develop style guides
Work closely with product development team and sourcing partners to create product designs
Prepare final artwork for vendor production when needed
