Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft high-value, sophisticated customer agreements, including international contracts, with attention to cross-border regulations, IP protections, and data privacy obligations
Monitor and interpret evolving domestic and international regulations, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Provide thoughtful legal counsel on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk tolerance
Lead or contribute to the development of internal policies and best practices related to intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and international legal frameworks
Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks associated with healthcare and AI product development, commercialization, and international expansion
Depending on expertise and interest, take ownership of additional legal functions such as employment law, corporate governance, patent strategy, or government affairs
