Bachelor degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent
Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered
Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving
Strong problem-solving skills and data management skills
Proficient in PC application (e.g. MS App), knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD would be advantage

Assist Project manager to achieve project goals
Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site
Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports
Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors
Prepare Testing & Commissioning and Operational & Maintenance report
Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning
Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning
Identify and implement and review energy initiatives
