Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership: Work with global stakeholders to develop and execute the TSMS technology roadmap aligned with manufacturing and business objectives
PLM Management: Oversee Product Lifecycle Management systems to ensure seamless integration from product development to commercial manufacturing
Tech Transfer Oversight: Lead technology transfer digital initiatives, ensuring smooth knowledge and process transfer from development to manufacturing sites
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement digital initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce risk, and optimize process performance
iProcess Health Governance: Ensure monitoring, analytics, and health of manufacturing processes using iProcess Health tools, proactively addressing bottlenecks and operational risks
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance, system integrity, and process excellence
Change Management: Lead adoption of TSMS technologies, fostering user engagement and training across global manufacturing sites
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all technology and process initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GMP) and internal quality standards
Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team managing TSMS operations, technology deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives
