Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in integration or solution architecture roles
Proven experience architecting integration solutions in complex, regulated environments
Deep expertise in API-based integration and platforms such as Mulesoft or similar
Strong knowledge of AWS (e.g., Lambda, Kinesis, Glue) or Azure integration stack
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile development
Experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to communicate with a geographically dispersed group of business and technical colleagues
Excellent, business-oriented analytical, problem solving, and investigative skills
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the integration architecture for the QMS ecosystem, including Veeva QMS and related platforms
Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns
Partner with enterprise architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with Lilly’s architectural standards and long-term strategy
Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and integration blueprints
Oversee the implementation of integration frameworks that support operational workflows and system interoperability
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data integrity standards across all integrations
Serve as a thought leader in integration modernization and cloud-native design
Coach and guide teams and leaders on architecture considerations relevant to their area of responsibility
