Responsibilities

  • Generate Global Development portfolio and performance related reporting and insights for senior management and Delivery Unit partners
  • Own the process for GD Delivery Unit portfolio and performance tracking and reporting
  • Establish a clear calendar/cadence for Delivery Unit reporting and drive organizational alignment
  • Work with Delivery Unit partners to define tracker baselines and report progress against them
  • Respond to ad-hoc portfolio information requests from GD functional leadership
  • Design appropriate reporting and analytical frameworks to develop complete responses to partner questions
  • Analyze/interpret portfolio and performance data and proactively develop critical insights on progress/performance
  • Interpret analytical findings in context for business collaborators and address questions effectively to ensure consensus
  • Proactively anticipate next-level questions and formulate key messages based on accurate information
  • Contribute to strategic analyses and special projects influencing portfolio and performance insights
  • Establish highly collaborative, cross-functional relationships with key collaborators
  • Create and deliver crisp, impactful presentations of findings to internal/external partners, communicating insights and recommending actions
  • Contribute to Portfolio prioritization efforts for Global Development and R&D, interpreting progress and developing insights to inform prioritization
