Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona
Skilled in mentoring and training Clinical Apprentices, Behavior Consultant Trainees (BCTs), new Supervising Clinicians, and Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs)
Experience in clinical supervision, data-driven treatment oversight, and ensuring compliance with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards

Responsibilities

Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, including mandatory monthly client and family sessions, data-driven treatment oversight, coaching and direction to BATs, and maintaining a small independent caseload
Drive comprehensive development of BATs through licensure-focused coaching, initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services
Ensure clinical supervision complies with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards by conducting routine audits of contracts, session notes, fieldwork submissions/logs, and maintaining updated records of treatment plans and progress reports
Assist in maintaining an efficient supervision structure, monitoring compliance, and ensuring high standards of care across assigned cases as a Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician
Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director for case assignment decisions, supporting complex or high-acuity cases as needed
Contribute to culture and team collaboration
