Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona
  • Skilled in mentoring and training Clinical Apprentices, Behavior Consultant Trainees (BCTs), new Supervising Clinicians, and Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs)
  • Experience in clinical supervision, data-driven treatment oversight, and ensuring compliance with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards

Responsibilities

  • Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, including mandatory monthly client and family sessions, data-driven treatment oversight, coaching and direction to BATs, and maintaining a small independent caseload
  • Drive comprehensive development of BATs through licensure-focused coaching, initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services
  • Ensure clinical supervision complies with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards by conducting routine audits of contracts, session notes, fieldwork submissions/logs, and maintaining updated records of treatment plans and progress reports
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient supervision structure, monitoring compliance, and ensuring high standards of care across assigned cases as a Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician
  • Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director for case assignment decisions, supporting complex or high-acuity cases as needed
  • Contribute to culture and team collaboration
