Requirements

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree, currently licensed to practice law
  • 7+ years of investment management legal and regulatory experience, primarily at an established investment manager or in an investment management practice at a large law firm
  • An understanding of the laws, rules and regulations applicable to investment managers
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
  • Experienced asset management attorney
  • Works independently, drives projects forward, and escalates appropriately
  • Is a self-starter that works proactively and thinks both strategically and tactically
  • Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures
  • Is able to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize under tight deadlines and high standards
  • Maintains a superior work ethic, strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
