Requirements

A Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant professional experience are required. The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader with experience in managing governance and operations for risk management programs, including project management.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive IRM governance framework, establish and lead operations for IRM governance committees, and co-facilitate committee meetings with senior leadership. Responsibilities include developing agenda topics, capturing key decisions, engaging with stakeholders, facilitating communication, creating training, and providing updates to senior leadership. The role also involves identifying and assessing risks, coordinating risk management projects, maintaining risk tracking within a GRC platform, collaborating with business units, developing and implementing project management methodologies, overseeing project planning and delivery, managing budgets, and overseeing issues management.
