Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication of complex financial information are essential. Knowledge of financial reporting principles and experience with financial systems are also required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will oversee revenue reporting and analytics, as well as manage the cost of sales operations, leading a team of analysts responsible for these areas. They will also oversee the monthly financial close process, including journal entries and management analyses, lead strategic initiatives reporting, collaborate with business leads to build quantification models, support channel management reporting, prepare analyses for ad hoc requests, and provide direct support to the Finance Director and VP. Furthermore, they will ensure proper review controls are in place, prepare audit requests, and contribute to the transformation of the workstream by leveraging technologies like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
