Requirements

  • Member of RICS (Valuation) with over 10 years’ post qualified experience (lesser experience considered for Associate Director)
  • Strong existing relationships with developers and other client segments
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Meticulous in preparation and checking of reports
  • Willing to participate in training for subordinates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Develop client relations and promote services to generate new business and client contacts
  • Execute and monitor valuation assignments, project feasibility studies, and other consulting works, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Develop Colliers Valuation Services presence and fee generation opportunities
  • Focus on business development and identify new business opportunities
  • Foster existing client relationships and cultivate business for the Company
  • Manage subordinates and grow the team
  • Control client relations and contact during the life of an assignment
  • Plan, request, and manage input from senior management as required
  • Contribute to the development of Colliers Valuations and Advisory operating procedures and practices
  • Promote other areas of activity within Colliers
