Requirements

  • 4-year degree in related field, preferably in a business or technical discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant Travel & Expense and Corporate card experience
  • Demonstrated experience in defining the vision, mission, strategy and tactics for the areas of responsibility
  • Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, including assertiveness, courage, and the ability to influence others

Responsibilities

  • Manage systems and/or vendor relationships for Concur Travel & Expense, Oversight, Triplog, Corporate card vendor, Travel Management Company and Thomas Reuter Tax Reporting
  • Partner with Procurement on engaging with vendors on RFPs and contract renewals
  • Work closely with IT support on System integrations, monitoring errors and enhancements
  • Solution for M&A integrations
  • Review and recommend changes to Humana’s Reimbursement and travel policy to drive compliance, control cost and reduce fraud, waste and abuse
  • Refine system rules for Concur and Oversight to drive compliance while considering risk tolerance and associate impact
  • Regularly communicate with senior leadership team regarding policy and audit findings
  • Responsible for the development & maintenance of department reporting
  • Engage with business partners and HR on issues and opportunities
  • Oversee Enterprise-wide distribution and filing of 1099’s, B-Notices and IRS penalties
  • Complete managerial responsibilities that include mid-year and year-end reviews, timesheet review/approval, PTO management, and one-on-one discussions as needed
  • Motivate, coach, engage, and develop associates
  • Manage department metrics
  • Oversee and drive the completion of various department related projects
  • Leverage outside perspectives to identify best in class opportunities
