Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Clinical Operations will lead a team of clinical research professionals in managing clinical trials and developing evidence generation/dissemination strategies for complex projects. Responsibilities include serving as the primary interface with key opinion leaders, investigators, IRBs/ECs, regulatory agencies, and vendors. This role involves leading the development and delivery of Global Evidence Generation Strategies (EGS)/ Evidence Dissemination Strategies (EDS) to support new product development and lifecycle management, fostering cross-functional alignment, and ensuring input from regional leads. The position also entails leading study design, building external stakeholder relationships, partnering with internal teams for data dissemination, and ensuring the timely, budget-compliant, and regulatory-adherent delivery of assigned clinical programs.
