Ability to conduct critical path analysis using fully integrated cross-functional project plans
Proficiency in working with PMO partners for alignment and integration in Planisware
Capability to perform objective Threats and Opportunity assessments of critical paths

Responsibilities

Partner with highest priority new product development programs to de-risk and accelerate launches
Proactively translate processes, knowledge, and expertise into specific solutions for teams during key development phases
Apply facilitation and influencing skills to enable project success and champion the Accelerando team
Support Compound Development Teams (CDT) as a trusted advisor to project leadership and strategic partner to functional members
Assist CDT leadership in making informed, timely decisions using experience, project management, and leadership
Support generation of project plans and provide insights from customized project analysis and scenarios
Bring clarity and focus to key project activities through critical path analysis based on integrated plans
Work with PMO partners to ensure alignment and integration with CDT project plans in Planisware
Conduct objective Threats and Opportunity assessments to identify obstacles and acceleration opportunities
