Requirements

Responsibilities

This includes preparing and filing tax returns, conducting tax audits, managing transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with regulations like 197, 281, and tax residency certificates, and handling tax-related information requests. The role also involves reviewing business agreements for tax implications, litigating tax matters, and providing guidance to management on tax-related risks and opportunities.
