Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Organized with good time management, prioritization skills, and great attention to detail for a fast-paced operations environment with tight deadlines and high standards
  • Personable with outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), ability to adapt communication style effectively, and fluency in written and spoken English
  • Self-starter mentality, excited by hands-on, high-performing, results-oriented roles, driven to exceed expectations, with strong accountability
  • Passion for continuous learning about the manufacturing ecosystem and New Product Development process
  • Ability to work 9am-5pm US Pacific Time (Mon-Fri), in office for initial 3 months training phase, then hybrid (2 days home/3 days in office)

Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Work closely with US-based customers across multiple industries to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience
  • Project Coordination/Support: Support Customer Program Management teams in task execution, workflow management, and system update/maintenance
  • Case management: Concurrently manage a variety of manufacturing orders with multiple customers and internal operations teams
  • Communication: Facilitate technical communication between customers (mostly mechanical engineers) and internal stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and support various cross-functional teams to satisfy internal and external customer requirements
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define solutions to increase efficiency
