Responsibilities

Own the creative vision for key accounts, partnering with Creative Directors to shape brand expression and output
Guide conceptual direction and ensure alignment with customer goals across campaigns, content, and formats
Lead customer calls and creative presentations, offering clear rationale, feedback, and recommendations
Champion creative quality through direction, feedback, and refinement
Provide strong, actionable direction to creative teams across disciplines
Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to ensure alignment between vision, scope, and resources
Mentor and inspire talent, raising the bar across projects through coaching and feedback
Use Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly, DALL·E) to support ideation and design when relevant
Help teams adopt AI to enhance creativity and efficiency, without compromising quality
Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain Superside’s competitive edge
