Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred
- Product knowledge a plus
- Organizational skills
- Team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently performs all assigned product assemblies following standard work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
- Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary
- Complete work in prescribed time period, moving completed component or assembly to designated area
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Assist team members to ensure a quality product and smooth workflow
- Professionally and effectively communicate issues to leadership
- Willingness and ability to support business needs including overtime
- Actively participates in all change management/lean transformation activities
- Adhere to all applicable Safety & Quality Management policies, procedures, and requirements
