Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently performs all assigned product assemblies following standard work instructions
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
  • Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary
  • Complete work in prescribed time period, moving completed component or assembly to designated area
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Assist team members to ensure a quality product and smooth workflow
  • Professionally and effectively communicate issues to leadership
  • Willingness and ability to support business needs including overtime
  • Actively participates in all change management/lean transformation activities
  • Adhere to all applicable Safety & Quality Management policies, procedures, and requirements
