Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Zero to three years related experience (internship(s) in related area preferred but not required)
Good quantitative, analytical and data interpretation skills
Demonstrated ability to provide data cleansing, testing, validations of raw data and reports
Understanding of business and financial principles
Familiarity with purchasing and inventory systems
Skill at presenting analytical and qualitative information
Problem solving, decision making, and influencing skills
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong time and project management skills
Proficient level ability using PC desktop applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Access)

Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required
Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary

Responsibilities

Provides procurement systems administration support: documentation, user training, upgrade coordination, testing, validation of changes
Completes predetermined scripts as part of testing plans for procurement system upgrades
Oversees various procurement related systems and the related processes
Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions
Proactively analyzes data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency
Under direction, gathers and interprets relevant data on costs, productivity, demand patterns and other related metrics
Assists in providing analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals
Develops ad hoc and regular procurement related reports and analysis for Business Partners, stakeholders, peers and management
Builds strong working relationships within Procurement and across Business Units
Assists in assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support supply chain planning
