Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate Accountant will participate in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role involves assisting with vendor payment cycles, processing invoices, and managing vendor communications. Responsibilities also include supporting the expense reimbursement process, administering the corporate purchasing card program, and contributing to corporate and sales tax compliance reporting. The Associate Accountant will help prepare monthly financial statements, support annual audits, and perform ad hoc accounting projects as assigned.
