Requirements

  • Advanced student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Desirable previous experience (min. 6 months - 1 year) in technical support or helpdesk
  • Basic experience in configuring equipment, peripherals, and printers
  • Desirable knowledge in networks, ticket management, and Microsoft tools
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
  • Basic knowledge of Azure AD and information security
  • Native Portuguese; desirable intermediate technical English

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to local users (hardware, software, connectivity, printing, Office 365)
  • Manage incidents and support requests from users
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment (PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices)
  • Support hybrid meetings, video conferences, and audiovisual equipment
  • Ensure the correct functioning of the local network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and VPN access to corporate systems
  • Collaborate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities of IT infrastructure
  • Supervise and ensure the continuity of connectivity between operational bases and the central headquarters of the project
  • Supervise and ensure the continuity of connectivity between the Acciona office in Maringá and the SANEPAR headquarters in Curitiba
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, and users)
  • Ensure the application of security policies, backups, and periodic updates
  • Collaborate in internal and external IT audits
  • Prepare technical reports and operational documentation
