Requirements

Student in final year of Master's in finance or similar
Interest in the music industry
Previous internships in operational management control and/or financial analysis
Experience in finance appreciated (Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance)
Rigor, organization, synthesis skills, and analytical abilities
Mastery of Microsoft tools: Excel (modeling, automation), PowerPoint (clear and structured presentations), Power BI (data visualization)
English proficiency

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis of investment projects: strategic and financial analyses on potential targets (acquisition, participation, or distribution opportunities - M&A projects); contribute to valuation models (DCF) and sensitivity scenarios; produce clear and impactful communication supports (Excel, PowerPoint)
Support labels (RCA, Columbia, Epic, A+LSO… + Arachnée Productions) in decision-making: participate in strategic reflection on key negotiation conditions; develop dashboards with simple and relevant KPIs to raise awareness of financial risks; organize collaborative workshops with A&R teams
Manage "Roster" application (artist tracking and contract data tool): parameterize and update signatures; track actual performance vs. negotiation assumptions (PowerBI automation project); monitor artist/label balances and impairments with management control; analyze KPIs and prepare presentations for management
Monitor activities of subsidiaries and independent labels: contribute to defining and implementing optimized financial tracking; prepare operational reports (Excel models and dedicated tools)
Conduct regular market studies: analyze trends and provide insights to support strategy
