Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline, and have at least two years of experience in clinical research administration or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with clinical trial operations and regulatory guidelines is also required.
The Assistant CRA will support the Remote CRA, On-Site CRA, and study CTM by performing remote activities on assigned projects, providing support with site preparedness and logistical aspects of the monitoring process, and assisting with site management and remote monitoring tasks in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. They will complete study and site management activities as defined in task matrices, provide training, support pre-study assessments and waivers, review EMR/EHR checklists, verify document collection and RCR submissions, and assist with site staff training and system access management.
