- Advanced knowledge of surgical procedures, post-op care, and treatment protocols
- Proficient in Salesforce, NextGen, Office 365, Power BI, and other EHR systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
- Strong leadership skills and orthopedic expertise
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nurse Practitioner, or related field
- Current certification as a PA, NP, or Orthopedic Physician Assistant
- Active licensure in Georgia
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and manage providers and clinical staff in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic
- Oversee all patient treatment and ensure schedules are optimized to identify surgical candidates
- Communicate surgical candidate information to senior leadership daily
- Act as a resource for less experienced providers and escalate issues as necessary
- Manage clinical staff time, attendance, and PTO; monitor daily performance and address concerns
- Review staff notes and treatment plans for compliance with established standards
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to treatment protocols
