Proficient in Salesforce, NextGen, Office 365, Power BI, and other EHR systems
Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
Strong leadership skills and orthopedic expertise
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nurse Practitioner, or related field
Current certification as a PA, NP, or Orthopedic Physician Assistant
Active licensure in Georgia

Oversee patient care and manage providers and clinical staff in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic
Oversee all patient treatment and ensure schedules are optimized to identify surgical candidates
Communicate surgical candidate information to senior leadership daily
Act as a resource for less experienced providers and escalate issues as necessary
Manage clinical staff time, attendance, and PTO; monitor daily performance and address concerns
Review staff notes and treatment plans for compliance with established standards
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to treatment protocols
