Requirements

  • Licensed PA-C, NP, or OPA-C with at least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics
  • Advanced knowledge of surgical procedures, post-op care, and treatment protocols
  • Proficient in Salesforce, NextGen, Office 365, Power BI, and other EHR systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
  • Strong leadership skills and orthopedic expertise
  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nurse Practitioner, or related field
  • Current certification as a PA, NP, or Orthopedic Physician Assistant
  • Active licensure in Georgia

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient care and manage providers and clinical staff in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic
  • Oversee all patient treatment and ensure schedules are optimized to identify surgical candidates
  • Communicate surgical candidate information to senior leadership daily
  • Act as a resource for less experienced providers and escalate issues as necessary
  • Manage clinical staff time, attendance, and PTO; monitor daily performance and address concerns
  • Review staff notes and treatment plans for compliance with established standards
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to treatment protocols
