Requirements

  • High school diploma or previous work/volunteer experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Ability to work overtime when required, including weekends
  • Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • A mechanical background or industrial assembly experience
  • Strong employment history and work ethic (for training eligibility)

Responsibilities

  • Assembling / testing, reworking and repairing machine components
  • Operate test machines to test final drive assemblies
  • Prepare prime products and attachments for shipping
  • Perform required salvage operations in assembly areas as necessary
  • Disassemble and reassemble complex assemblies to repair or replace damaged component parts
  • May operate remote control crane to specially equipped vehicles to transport prime product
  • Continuously improve process efficiency by performing routine assembly and test of assemblies of prime product
