- 1+ years experience in a similar assembly position (preferred)
- Experience assembling electrical control panels and/or pneumatic assemblies (a plus)
- Basic understanding of tools and components used in assembly
- Ability to learn and follow instructions for mechanical and electrical assembly
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use hand tools, operate mechanical equipment, move throughout the shop, and lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and small electrical assemblies per work instructions
- Read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics
- Operate equipment such as wire cutters and label printers
- Effectively communicate project needs and potential issues to the shop lead
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
