Responsibilities

Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF 16949 standards
Coordinate the plant’s quality and reliability team
Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as customer complaints and cost of poor quality
Carry out administrative reviews as scheduled
Attend meetings with the global quality management team
Attend customer meetings
Provide daily follow-up on non-conforming product inventories
Perform analyses for responses to quality issues and customer complaints
