Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Additional technical training or certifications (a plus)
  • Proven ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to strictly follow safety and quality protocols
  • Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and documentation
  • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, bend, and stand for extended periods (full shift)
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
  • Compliance with cleanroom conditions: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, or contact lenses (prescriptive glasses provided)
  • Ability to wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
  • Availability for weekend days shift (Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm; optional Thursday 6 am to 10 am for 40 hours)

  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to adhere to safety and quality standards

  • Document production data accurately and in a timely manner

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
  • Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
