Proven ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work

Ability to strictly follow safety and quality protocols
Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and documentation
Physical ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, bend, and stand for extended periods (full shift)
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
Compliance with cleanroom conditions: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, or contact lenses (prescriptive glasses provided)
Ability to wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Availability for weekend days shift (Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm; optional Thursday 6 am to 10 am for 40 hours)

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to adhere to safety and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and achieve production goals
Document production data accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in the training and development of new team members
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
