Requirements
- High School Degree/GED preferred
- 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds (depending on assigned department)
- Ability to complete an audiogram test (depending on assigned department)
- Ability to pass Vision, Color Vision, and Depth perception test (for Aerospace department)
- Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Ability to wear personal protective gear most of the day
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts according to specified Work Instructions
- Rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks
- Assemble components with precision and care
- Ensure quality standards are met every step of the way
- Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and supportive workplace
- Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments when needed
- Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions, and report completed work
- Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and seek out additional information from lead or Supervisor when needed
