Requirements

  • High School Degree/GED preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (depending on assigned department)
  • Ability to complete an audiogram test
  • For Aerospace department: Ability to pass Vision, Color Vision, and Depth Perception tests
  • Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
  • Ability to wear PPE (personal protective equipment)

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts/components according to specified Work Instructions with precision and care
  • Ensure quality standards are met every step of the way
  • Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and supportive workplace
  • Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments independently
  • Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions, and report completed work
  • Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and seek additional information from lead or Supervisor when needed
  • Rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks as required
