Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent from an accredited university
Maximum three years’ work experience post-degree
GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
Fluent in English (oral and written) with effective communication skills
Geographically mobile (locations vary)
Demonstrate experience and a passion for supply chain operations
Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident, without need for employment sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

Working on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, process improvement, HSE, and services operations
Participating in structured career development, receiving coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning to create opportunities for career acceleration
Attending a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS, and Supply Chain processes
Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers, and interacting with global business leaders
Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
