Responsibilities

Lead Long & Foster Partnership Expansion: Establish, integrate, and drive growth within our partnership with Long & Foster, bringing Super’s innovative home solutions to one of the largest and most respected real estate networks in the country
Nurture and expand relationships: Maintain and grow referral partnerships with existing Super partners
Grow Referral Base: Creatively and energetically engage prospective real estate partners to expand the referral base
Present to Professionals: Deliver persuasive and action-inducing individual and group presentations to real estate professionals
Negotiate Agreements: Navigate organizations to meet with decision-makers and secure brokerage-level partnership agreements
Educate Partners: Leverage your residential real estate knowledge and educate partners on the benefits of Super’s product offerings and enhancements
Gather Market Feedback: Analyze market feedback to determine competitive strategies and tactics
Provide Field Information: Communicate field observations back to Super for product improvement
Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting personal relationships
