Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely within the United States with up to 80% domestic travel, including weekends
  • Passion for improving and expanding possibilities in Cardiovascular care
  • Knowledge of fellowship programs including Interventional Cardiology, General Cardiology, Adult Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Critical Care/Anesthesiology, and Cardiology
  • Ability to work under limited supervision with general direction
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local laws/regulations, and Johnson & Johnson procedures/guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Implement fellowship program engagement strategy for fellowship programs in aligned segment with input from stakeholders including Physician Program Directors, Professional Education, and Commercial Team
  • Promote and deliver educational content for fellows in collaboration with clinical team and KOLs in the Cardiovascular space, incorporating stakeholder input and support from Health Care Compliance, Medical Science, Commercial Marketing, and fellowship program directors
  • Communicate upcoming fellows engagement opportunities to field and fellowship programs to ensure adoption of fellows learning curriculum, best practices, and transition to practice
  • Provide feedback on the strategic implementation and assessment of the need for new fellows’ programs and modifications of existing fellows’ programs based on follow-up, customer satisfaction, utilization, and metrics
  • Handle all communication and follow-up with fellows’ events, attendees, and field referrals
