Requirements

Candidates should possess strong clinical and business acumen, with a deep understanding of analytics to identify business opportunities and create actionable business plans. Existing relationships with local Endocrinologist HCPs and working knowledge of market access and local impacts on territory-level business trends are strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to display a high level of clinical and business acumen and accountability for self to demonstrate mastery level of clinical knowledge, including assessments.

Responsibilities

The Area Business Manager will develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive product adoption. Responsibilities include effectively communicating the clinical profile of Resmetirom, evaluating office readiness for patient identification and prescribing, providing education on market access and fulfillment processes, and ensuring compliant pull-through of prescriptions. The ABM will also execute promotional and disease state education programs, strategically plan and prioritize sales activities, analyze sales data and market trends, and provide in-depth product training to healthcare professionals and their staff.
