Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 7+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years in a project management role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, or strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply project scheduling and management tools
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction
  • Work with management, engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and quality review
  • Support modernizing facilities in compliance with local, state, and federal codes
  • Complete and facilitate Stage Gate design reviews to ensure alignment on project scope, progress, and deliverables
