Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing a Life Sciences-related degree between December 2026 and June 2027
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred
  • Experience working with analytical instruments (e.g., liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry) in laboratory classes is required
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship (not eligible for F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, or CPT visas)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical sales product demonstrations of analytical instruments to develop selling skills consistent with Company philosophy, policies, and procedures
  • Assist account managers in achieving/exceeding assigned territory sales plan through technical support of sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Connect with field application scientists for sales presentations and customer training
  • Participate in resolution of customer support escalations through partnership with experienced application scientists
  • Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives
