Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise-grade applications using Java 21, Spring Boot, and React
Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to development teams
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility; oversee the integration of microservices and RESTful APIs
Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies using Cypress, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality standards and efficient delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet business needs
Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team; conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security protocols
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies; promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
