Minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee the development process

Provide guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
Stay updated with latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience
Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Assist in the development of project documentation and best practices
