Responsibilities

The Application Engineer Senior will maintain active relationships with customers to determine optimal ways to implement business requirements, own the change request process, provide technical advice, research and propose new technologies, support review of new client implementation technical requirements, perform technical design reviews and code reviews, assess current status and support data information planning, support implementation of data import and export, coordinate on-call support, maintain technical development environment, mentor others, troubleshoot production issues, identify and propose strategies around technical problems, facilitate group sessions, support vendor evaluation, and collaborate across vendors for end-to-end application development and support.
