Responsibilities
Oversee the apparel department
Ensure highest level of customer service
Drive sales
Manage inventory, including overseeing levels, conducting regular stock checks, coordinating with Club Leadership for product availability, and organizing backstock for easy replenishment
Merchandising
Execute seasonal strategies to meet financial goals
Deliver service excellence: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA), resolve/deescalate member concerns
Ensure safe and positive environment/experience for members
Commit to GOLD Member Standards daily
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards: Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside/out
