Responsibilities

  • Zorginnovatie & uitbreiding van diensten: bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe farmaceutische en zorgdiensten — van idee tot realisatie
  • Medisch leiderschap: ondersteunen en coördineren van het medisch team (artsen, verpleegkundigen, zorgprofessionals)
  • Digitale processen: samenwerken met IT- en productteams om farmaceutische processen te optimaliseren en digitaliseren
  • Patiëntveiligheid: waarborgen van veilige, correcte en toegankelijke medicatieverstrekking
  • Farmaceutische validatie: controleren en goedkeuren van recepten en medicatie-uitgiften conform wet- en regelgeving
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: toezien op naleving van GDP- en IGJ-richtlijnen en bijdragen aan continue kwaliteitsverbetering
  • Documentatie & rapportage: zorgen voor accurate registratie en transparante farmaceutische verslaglegging
