Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and understanding of corporate/company high-level structure
  • Relevant English for conference calls and meetings – B2/C1
  • MS-Office knowledge on an intermediate level (especially MS Excel – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook)
  • ERP experience (e.g. SAP, iScala, Oracle) is welcomed
  • Analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Acts timely and accurately as Business Partner on any requests from internal parties
  • Provides support for internal and external auditors
  • Understands consequences of processes in his/her scope
  • Ability to handle regular calls with business partners
  • Follows up on issues related to Accounts Payable area
  • Daily posting of invoices
  • Month End Close activities
  • Working actively with available reports and Power BI and status updates
  • Aged items resolution on vendor subledgers
  • Responsibility for performing Internal Controls and taking proactive actions in minimizing risks and errors in order to ensure financial compliance
